1. Agreement & Eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Weice AU ("Weice", "we", "us", "our"), a consumer rewards platform that connects members with third-party survey opportunities in exchange for monetary rewards. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

To use Weice, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a country supported by our survey partner network. Weice is primarily oriented toward Australian residents but may accept members from other regions based on partner availability and your invitation status.

2. Membership & Invitation

Weice operates as an invite-only consumer community. Membership is granted either by direct invitation from Weice or through a referral from an existing member, and is subject to manual approval. We do not currently accept open public registration.

Each member is responsible for one and only one account. Account credentials are personal and must not be shared, sold, or transferred. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account, and you agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Weice reserves the right to decline any invitation or referral, or to revoke membership, at our reasonable discretion.

3. How Rewards Work

Weice partners with established third-party survey networks (including but not limited to TheoremReach, ayeT-Studios, SaySo Rewards, CPX Research, and Innovate Digital Media). When you complete a survey hosted by one of these partners through the Weice platform, the partner reports the completion to us via a server-to-server callback, and your account is credited with the corresponding reward.

Reward amounts are denominated in USD and are determined by the survey partner and the underlying end client. Weice retains a small standard publisher margin from the partner-reported amount; the figure shown in your account is the net amount credited to you.

Survey availability, length, and reward amount are determined by our partners and may vary based on your demographic profile, geographic location, and current demand for specific respondent types. Weice does not guarantee a minimum number or value of surveys available at any time.

4. User Conduct

By participating in surveys through Weice, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and considered responses reflecting your actual opinions and circumstances.
  • Complete surveys at a reasonable pace, without speeding, straight-lining, or pattern-clicking.
  • Use only your own personal account, and not register or operate multiple accounts under different identities.
  • Refrain from using VPNs, proxies, automation tools, headless browsers, or any technical means that misrepresent your identity, location, or device to survey partners.
  • Respect the confidentiality of any survey content you encounter, including not republishing or sharing screenshots of survey questions.

Violation of these conduct standards may result in reward reversal, account suspension, or permanent termination, in addition to any actions taken by survey partners independently on their side.

5. Survey Partner Network

The surveys available on Weice are sourced from third-party partners, who in turn source them from end clients (typically market research firms or brand sponsors). Weice acts as a publisher in this chain — we do not originate survey content, and we do not control survey targeting, screening criteria, or quota structures.

When you click into a survey, you may be subject to that partner's own terms and privacy practices in addition to ours. We encourage you to review partner policies where applicable.

Weice may add, remove, or substitute survey partners at any time without prior notice.

6. Reward Settlement

Approved survey completions are credited to your Weice account balance in real time as our survey partners confirm each completion.

Payouts are processed manually by Weice on a monthly cycle with a one-month audit buffer. At the start of each calendar month, we pay out earnings accumulated during the month before last. For example, a payout at the start of June covers earnings from April; the intervening month (May, in this example) serves as a quality-assurance review window during which any partner-reported reversals are applied to the corresponding earnings before payout.

Payouts are issued via the payment method agreed upon during your invitation acceptance. To update your payment method, or for questions about a specific payout, please contact the Weice team through the channels provided to you upon onboarding.

If a survey partner reports a reversal for a previously approved completion — typically due to quality issues, duplicate detection, security flags, or end-client rejection — the corresponding reward will be deducted from your balance. Reversal decisions are made by the partner or end client; Weice records reversals as reported and does not have discretion to overturn them.

Weice reserves the right to withhold settlement of any reward suspected to result from fraudulent or non-compliant activity, pending investigation.

7. Intellectual Property

The Weice platform, including its design, code, branding, and trademarks, is the property of Weice AU. Survey questionnaires and any associated content remain the intellectual property of the respective survey partners or their end clients.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or republish any proprietary material on the platform.

8. Termination & Governing Law

Weice may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our reasonable discretion. Upon termination, any pending unpaid balance accumulated through activity in violation of these Terms may be forfeited.

The Weice platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, the availability of any particular survey, or any specific level of earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the unpaid balance in your account at the time the claim arises.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith communication; if unresolved, by mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable Australian dispute resolution frameworks.
